Return Conditions
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or personalized items. Sale items are also typically final sale and cannot be returned.
Process for Returns

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
